Rick Steele
Worship Director
Rick has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz Theory and Arranging from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition, he has over 20 hours of study in Pastoral Care ministry from New Orleans Seminary. In 2018 Rick became a SHRM Certified Professional in HR. This training has enhanced his leadership of the staff and support of church administration.
Currently, Rick and his wife Kim lead the Worship Praise band, Sanctuary Choir, and Movement teams. Rick oversees and guides choirs for children, youth, adults, orchestra, drama teams, tone chimes, and vocal ensembles. He oversees the School of Fine Arts and is a freelance composer/arranger.
Rick loves to travel and recently went on an exciting trip to the Holy Land. He and his wife have three grown children, Brandon, Rebekah, and Kevin and one awesome grandson, Logan.
Rick is an avid lover of bacon.
